How do you ship packages?
We work with trusted international partners to ensure you receive the best value. Depending on the product's weight and size, packages from our overseas warehouse are shipped via ePacket or EMS. For items from our US warehouse, we use USPS for delivery.
What about customs?
While we have seen customs charges occur in the past, it's important to note that we are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that one or more packages may be shipped to you and could incur customs fees upon arrival in your country.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
Orders can be canceled at any time before they are shipped. If you need to make changes or cancel an order after payment, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of FurryPetStore (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://furrypetstore.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

The Basic Halter Harness is a game-changer! My dog used to pull a lot during walks, but this harness has made a huge difference. The padding is super soft, and the reflective strips give me peace of mind during our evening walks. I highly recommend it!
I bought this harness in the purple color, and it looks fantastic on my golden retriever. It’s easy to adjust and fits her perfectly. The only reason I’m giving it four stars is that I wish the buckle was a bit sturdier, but overall, it’s a great product.
This harness is perfect for my dog! The padding is gentle on his skin, and he seems to be very comfortable in it. Plus, the reflective feature is great for our early morning jogs. It’s definitely worth the money.
My dog is a little smaller than the xsmall I ordered,she's a 5 1/2 lb Yorkie,but I was so pleasantly surprised at how good the quality is that I am having them altered to fit better,she's just tiny.Same quality would have been $40 retail in the store. I plan on buying 1 of every color and have them made to fit also. My daughter was amazed at the quality and will be buying her 2 dogs harnesses with this company as well. The harness fits my beagle perfectly, and she seems very comfortable in it. The reflective feature is great for night walks. My only complaint is that the padding could be a bit thicker for extra comfort, but overall, it’s a solid product.
